If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. You can contact us for an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on your situation.
For all return and exchange enquiries, please email us at hello@paletteessentials.com.au with your name, order number, and a brief description of your request.
A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.We take great care in every stage of our design and production process, but if you receive a faulty item, we’ll happily replace or refund it. Please note that this does not apply to general wear and tear.
WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? • Items purchased within the last 30 days. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging intact. • Postage fees are non-refundable. • Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment. • For exchanges, the cost of returning the product to us is at the customer’s expense, and shipping of the exchanged item will also be charged
